All your worst neightmares combined into one STAY AWAY!!!! BEWARE!!! It is unthinkable to think there is a luxury car service department with this lack of disregard and respect. I could not be STAY AWAY!!!! BEWARE!!! It is unthinkable to think there is a luxury car service department with this lack of disregard and respect. I could not believe the service I received when I took in my 645i in for service in April. The moment I walked in all I saw was miserable and dissatisfied people. I was standing by the door for 5 minutes before anyone asked my what the xxxx I was there for, so much for making an appointment. The girl at the front desk didn't even ask me to have a seat while she was filing up my paper work for the courtesy car which they charge $30 for, why is it called a courtesy car if they charge for. xxxx even KIA gives you a free courtesy car but I wish that was the biggest problem. Long story short after $2700 spent my car is worse off than it was when I took it in. YES i know dealerships charge more but I expected the service to make up for the extra costs BUT THE OPPOSITE IS TRUE. After talking to the MANAGER, am taking about the store manager, Koren C I was reminded of what a mistake I made by taking my car to them. She was obnoxiousness and opinionated and desperately tried to put on a happy front and told you what you wanted to hear but in reality she was trying to just get rid of a client. I wish I has read all this reviews before taking my car to them and hope this will save someone else a headache. More

There was a ve Took my 2009 BMW 750li for a Drive-train Malfunction alert. I was a loyal customer for years and had some warranty work a year earlier. There was a very specific engine issue that was identified by an independent BMW mechanic and BMW Store flat out denied it as it was the result of their botched warranty work a year previous. I then complained to BMW Canada who sided with the dealership according to the info supplied to them. BMW Store then offered to 'fix' the problem for $15,000. I then took it to another dealership who correctly diagnosed it and subsequently fixed it under warranty. Lawsuit to follow... absolutely shameful how they treat a loyal customer - good luck to that business More

All the paperwork is done, icbc transfered title of the vehicle from BMW to my name, the contracts are signed. Till the next morning BMW noticed they have used the wrong interest rate. The interest rate they gave us was the one quoted before the sale. Once the contract was signed and title was transfered we get an email that they have used the wrong interest rate and that the contract is not valid. I was also threatened that they will take the car from my driveway or to come and sign a new contract with a higher interest rate. xxx. I have emails from the sales rep indicating what interest rate I was getting but that was a lie. I was also told that they would give me matts for the truck and that was a lie as well. I honesty should have stayed with BMW Brian Jessal as I know they treat you like human beings there and don't play any games. Worst mistake of my life trusting and investing at this location. There are no options for zero stars or I would be clicking on that. More
Bait and switch First, we chose a beautiful new BMW and received a written contract outlining all of the extras on the car (we did not sign right away, unfortunately) First, we chose a beautiful new BMW and received a written contract outlining all of the extras on the car (we did not sign right away, unfortunately). We take the contract home to think about it and return on the weekend. The exact same car was still available and our salesperson, John Baker, showed us the exact same contract. We thought it over while he went to get approval from his manager for a slight discount that I asked for. He came back with a new contract that included the discount but also inflated the price by $5K ($3K net increase after our "discount"). Instead of admitting the mistake or mentioning the change in the contract, John asked my spouse to sign the document and she did not notice the hidden change. In any event, he had already charged her card for a deposit of $5k (without consent and signature). The signed the bait and switch document, with the unmentioned change hidden in the price, was taken away as quickly as possible. I finally made them bring the signed document back to us to review and noticed the $3K discrepancy. The next hour and a half was a long winded explanation concerning clutches and delivery fees. John refused to have both contracts in the room at the same time (we were forced to negotiate in the lobby as John does not have a desk), and the BS dragged on. What it boils down to is that John made a mistake on the contract and instead of honoring it, or admitting his error; he decided to try the bait and switch to maintain the sale. In addition to the above, I noticed that simple calculations on the contract were incorrect (10% times $800.00 is not $75.00). I asked my questions of the business manager, who replied that the calculator used for financing was not 100% accurate and that is just the way it is at BMW. She made a point of checking her watch repeatedly as our transaction was obviously not worth her time. At this point it is my fault for purchasing the car from such a smarmy bunch of people, however, we bought the car..... They threw in a bunch of extras like a golf bag, umbrellas and car washes for four years…. Three weeks later we have seen none of these things and get the run around when we inquire. Also, they did not even take the time to fully show us the basic functions of our car (radio etc), and we continue to get terrible service at every interaction. Avoid this dealer and this brand all together. I also have a new Audi and they definitely know how to serve a client!!! More

If you ever consider this dealer, run away. Fast. I picked this dealer because they were the only local dealer who had an appointment available. Now I know why. This dealership is INCOMPETENT, DISHO picked this dealer because they were the only local dealer who had an appointment available. Now I know why. This dealership is INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, and UNETHICAL. I brought my car in for diagnostics where they found two bad modules. When I brought the car back to replace the modules, they said it would take 1-2 hours per module to replace them. Ten hours of labor and two days later, the told me to come get my car the next morning. When I arrived, they made me pay, and only then did they tell me that they also broke my seat belt, making the car illegal and unsafe to drive. Of course, they didn't even bother to start fixing their own stupidity, and expected me to drive an unsafe and illegal car to bring it back some other time. When I insisted they fix it right then, Richard rolled his eyes and finally agreed. It took them 2.5 hours to fix the problem they created. I asked to speak with a manager, and they refused. I asked for the manager to call me. Richard told me his manager's name is Koren, but I'm not sure whether to believe him or not. It's been over a week, and I have still received no call. More
