Consistently failed to fix radiator problem Incapable, untrustworthy service. The BMW Store Service Department was unable to resolve the Radiator issue on our 2012 X1. They attempted to fix the Incapable, untrustworthy service. The BMW Store Service Department was unable to resolve the Radiator issue on our 2012 X1. They attempted to fix the Radiator in Nov 2014, replaced the Radiator in Nov 2015 then again in April 2018. We couldn’t believe that after we picked up the vehicle (April 2018), the crew missed to fill the coolant into the new Radiator we paid for!! How could they release a vehicle without paying due diligent while putting clients / vehicle at risk? The overheating could lead to serious damage to the engine. After we made a complaint, they responded “this had never happened before”. More
Insulted and called liars! Humiliating experience Long-term sales person was rude and forced us into a sale when in a rush and needed to go to a funeral. BMW would not return our deposit, and then salesman (NEIL SHAH) insulted my spouse. We finally picked up the vehicle and it was clearly not ready: broken rear-heated seat, damaged sun shade, dog-hair all over the seat belts, and the wrong rims and tires. They agreed to fix everything next time we brought the vehicle to town. Now sales manager (BILLY DHALIWAL) called us liars and said we agreed to not replace the rims and tires!! Who would agree to that? This was literally the worst car-buying experience for myself and spouse. More

Excellent service in The BMW Store on Burrard I have two BMWs now, and had some before that. Two of those recent ones were bought in this dealership (new). Also, I've always serviced my BMWs in this dealership service. And purchased only the original parts (including the BMW motor oil) here in parts department. This length of experience with these guys gives me the right to say that they are all good people, who are always doing their best to have a satisfied customer at the end. I've worked with John Baker (cool guy) on purchase of my last car, but he's changed the jobs, and then I got Al Bharwani (super cool guy) to work with. I can only say that I am very satisfied with their work and service. Al is the sales advisor you want to work with. He listens! In the mean time, throughout all these years, I've had a contact with Arthur Lin, general sales manager (very professional and down to the Earth guy), Steve Fareham from sales (he really does go an extra mile to get you satisfied! Thank you Steve!), Jordan Kan - delivery specialist (extremely knowledgeable about any BMW), Shannon Young (service advisor) - being very nice and doing more than you usually expect to make you a happy customer, and a young always smiling lady at the Service door/reception (sorry, cannot remember the name at this moment), and a young and very kind lady delivering the courtesy cars (who actually change your car with a better one with no questions asked - just to have you happy). I don't know where the bad Google reviews came from, but trolling is a common Internet thing and shouldn't worry you too much guys! Keep the great work, and thank you! More

Be very careful - Ganovim - Gazlonim. No customer service whatsoever. Happy to string us along with promises which are worthless. If they would only put the effor - Ganovim - Gazlonim.
