Had issues on an f150 door. I live an hour out drove in after a recall was done to fix the issue. Picked it up door still wouldn't latch. Vehicle wasn't properly fixed or tested before phoning customer. I wasn't to impressed the vehicle couldn't be plugged in after it stayed overnight and the temps were sub -30. I received a call from the manager to see what was going on after leaving a review. The issue was fixed after a few more days and even gave me a complimentary oil change.
