I was in for a promotion with several other companies to promote a community cruiser and I noticed a truck in the front of the show room that looked very nice. He took the time to show me all of the features of the truck and pointed out many of the safety features and "creature features" that many people like. I fell in love with the truck and by the end of the day, I was the owner of a new Ford F-150 Platinum truck. Several weeks later, I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter for her 16th birthday. It was clear to me where I was going for a car. I contacted John and he again helped me pick out the best fit for a vehicle for my daughter. This is where the dealership "stepped up" and really went above and beyond what I expect from a dealer. John, along with several other staff such as Sylvia Henheffer, Dawn Smith and Terry Ortynsky himself really made my daughter feel special when they dressed the car up with a bow and wrote "Happy Birthday Danielle" on the car. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words, and when I saw the look on my daughter's face, I knew that we were dealing with a very special dealership. We have since taken both vehicles back for their regular maintenance appointments and Darren Prystupa and Grant Hardy have always been great to deal with in making sure that all of the service work is completed in a timely fashion. I typically don't take the time to fill out surveys, etc., but I felt that this one is very important since I feel so strongly about recommending Terry Ortynsky Royal Ford as a place to do business. I am extremely happy with this dealership and I would be hard pressed to look anywhere else when I am looking for another vehicle. More

When an issue with tha battery cropped up within the first 2 weeks, it was replaced with no issues, at no cost. We could not be happier with the service for both "new" vehicles. More
