To be honest I am not a ford guy. I am a chevy guy but when purchasing my previous vehicle the freindly sales staff and their efforts to get you in the vehicle you want at the price you want was a great s when purchasing my previous vehicle the freindly sales staff and their efforts to get you in the vehicle you want at the price you want was a great sales feature. A very friendly dealership! They are all very courteous and genuine. I was surprised after meeting people there once, they greeted me by my name the next day. The people are always great to deal with at this particular dealership. Even if the answer I am looking for isn't there, everyone is courteous, friendly, and try to cater to me. I would recommend anyone who needs a new vehicle to head over to Royal Ford. The employee's are always friendly and very helpful! My Experience at Royal Ford from Day one has been excellent. I have bought various vehicles from them in the past 14 years and they have made every attempt to make the sale pleasant and stress free. excellent.
