I so agree with the first writer. This dealership should be avoided. We took our vehicle in for an oil change, simple right? Not at this place. They put our truck on their hoist, didn't pay attention a be avoided. We took our vehicle in for an oil change, simple right? Not at this place. They put our truck on their hoist, didn't pay attention and our truck hit the roof!! They totalled the fibreglass body and bent the frame, told us the truck would be put back in mint condition. Not true. I have had to see my lawyer and start a claim. Seriously, stay away from this place. Just this past year I bought a brand new lincoln from them, all good..but when things go wrong, the service manager and the owner duck out the back door. You're on your own folks with these clowns! Avoid this dealership at all costs, especially for service on your vehicle. Took my Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the "genious" working on my car stripped one lugnut right off in t service on your vehicle. Instead of owning up to the screw up by the service tech, Bill (the service advisor) and John (the service manager who wouldnt speak with me) passed the blame onto the Ford dealership who dealt with my tires previously, although Bill first told me the lugnuts (all 16) were rusted on. I guess the philosophy at this dealership is to lie to the customers face instead of fixing their errors. I took my vehicle to a competent Ford dealership and watched them remove 15 of the 16 lugnuts without any issue. The one they couldnt get removed was the one Terrace Ford damaged. Terrace Ford lies to your face and does not care about the customer, if something goes wrong they just pass the buck. The service manager is non existent and refuses to speak with customers when there is a concern brought up. If you value the condition of your vehicle and its functionality avoid the Terrace Ford service department. More
