Highly Recommend I do not even come close to understanding some of the other reviews. I have been going to this location for years and have purchased a car from them. I do not even come close to understanding some of the other reviews. I have been going to this location for years and have purchased a car from them. My experiences have always been top rate. The service people are pleasant and very professional. If work needs to be done they carefully explain what needs to be done in a language that one can understand. The work that they say they are going to do is always done. I have had many problems with other dealership service departments that include work not done, work done that was not really needed and attitudes that made me feel that they were doing me a favor by working on my car. At this location I feel confident that the work agreed to will be done professionally. This feeling is so strong that I drive from Mississauga to have my cars maintained at this location. If the work will take time to complete there is always a customer van that will drive you to a location and pick you up. I would highly recommend this location. Especially if you want that confident feeling that what they say they are going to do will be done in a professional manner. In other words if you enjoy peace of mind when having your car serviced then come here. More

If you want to work with a team that promises you updates and never calls you back, use these guys. If you want the work to be done on your car and complete the incomplete work at home, go to this dealership. Me and my family have gone through many dealerships, and vehicle makes. This dealership comes with tons of chill, 'I don't care', 'it is someone else's role to help you' attitude. In my world and where I come from, a team like this would be let go and restructured very fast. If not let go, these employees would probably be downgraded to washroom cleaning duties. More

I called and talked to a Kevin Caetano who was very helpful. He was going to squeeze me into their hectic schedule but unfortunately they did not have the weird part in stock. Worst experience of my life Purchased a used Edge . At Pick -up back wiper didn't work and only 1/2 tank of gas. Brought car back for wiper the next week. Was in shop for 2 days Purchased a used Edge . At Pick -up back wiper didn't work and only 1/2 tank of gas. Brought car back for wiper the next week. Was in shop for 2 days because more had to be done, Next week notice brakes making a bad grinding sound, took it in right away as several people said that wasn't normal. Service person told me he couldn't do anything until the next week. Told him I didn't feel safe driving it as I often had my grandchildren . He said not to worry as it would stop me . Got it back and next day tire pressure light came on and when checking in that I found the oil life to be at 21% , took it back in and found an oil change had not been done. Sat in dealership for 2 hrs. Absolutely no excuse for such shoddy work. Have always had a honda and never spent as much time in repair. Against my better judgement I looked at the Ford as some friends had them . If there was a minus rating to give, it would be given, Never had an experience like this in my life. More

Described issue to Service Advisor Steve Matthews. Steve suggested it was a throttle body issue. In 10 minutes a technician took truck for test drive, to confirmed the diagnosis. Time I arrived at dealership, to time I left, was under 60 minutes. No charge repairs and a free car wash to boot! Mant thanks to Steve and the entire dealership. More

I took it to Terrace Ford (close to my house) to see if a problem could be fixed und I bought an Edge (2015) at another dealership about 40 min away. I took it to Terrace Ford (close to my house) to see if a problem could be fixed under warranty. Steve Matthews (service rep) decided to tell me that because I did not buy it from them that I should be taking the problem back to where I bought it for them to fix. He was very rude and does not understand customer service. He then started to blame it on his boss saying it was his idea. I was going to start to get my Edge serviced there but now I would not even step a foot on the property. Ignorant dealership. They need better training top to bottom in customer service. More

My salesman George was terrible, he made promises (before the sale) he didn't keep (after the sale), and didn't return emails or phone calls when I asked for assistance after the deal was done. I guess he got his commission, so what does he care. That seems to be the attitude of every one of the sales staff I dealt with. I left messages with the sales manager, and he too didn't even bother responding. The Quick Lane staff are rude and uninterested in providing even a base level of customer service. The actual Service Department staff similarly expressed no desire to be even the least bit helpful. In both instances, I just needed some routine maintenance done (oil change) and was told by the Quick Lane staff to come back in 3 months because they're just way too busy. When I asked the Service Department to see if they could do it, they laughed at me and said they can't fit me in. Nobody bothered to ask if I'd be interested in making an appointment, which I gladly would have done, but instead all I got was disinterest and attitude. I have since taken my business to another dealership, and will never again waste my time or money at Terrace Ford. I love my car, but I regret where I bought it. Don't walk, RUN away from this dealership!! Car dealerships are a dime a dozen nowadays, they need you more than you need them, so do yourself a favour and go somewhere that will appreciate your business. More

The service rep advised me of their findings, (apparently there are several things that can go wrong but do not show up on a diagnostic check) found the most economical solution to fix the problem. He even found a less expensive but warrantable aftermarket part for me and saved me several hundred dollars from the factory part price. The car was returned freshly washed and they called me when it was ready. All in all a great experience. You can bet my next Ford will come from here, and that I will be servicing it here as long as I live local. More
