Worst Experience Ever!! Buyer's Beware. I would rate a zero if I could. After reading over the other reviews, it seems as though it's standard practice to not fulfill sign Buyer's Beware. I would rate a zero if I could. After reading over the other reviews, it seems as though it's standard practice to not fulfill signed agreements. It seems to also be standard practice to have the manager sell YOUR car to one of his friends....then to turnaround and tell you that the car wasn't a "Unicorn" and he would find a better deal. That was October and still nothing. Many attempts were made to reach Andre, the General Manager who was the one that decided to sell my car (that had a signed agreement and deposit on) with zero response. The most disgusting experience I've ever had with any business. More

(had work done there a while back) . Rick stopped what he was doing and talked to me and even took me to the show room to show me something I asked him about. Very personal service from Rick and Brenda. Even Dennis the sales man we had purchased a vehicle from in the past stopped to say "hello". Bad experience at another dealership with oil changes so it is worth my while to travel from Grimsby to have my oil changed. Not that I want to get in an accident but if I did I would take my car to Rick. He took the time to talk to me and treated me like I mattered to him. Great job Rick and Brenda.
