Had a good sales experience however once they have the sale the after sales service was brutal. Trying to reach the finance department is a nightmare. We dealt with Amy in finance and Danish with sales without issues then Danish went away and we had some frustrating issues and Reilly went out of his way, above and beyond to sort out the issues. OVER promised and UNDER delivered, non-transparent, untrustworthy and do not care once they get your money and their kickback from the bank after basically forcing you to use their financing. Day of our purchase of a used vehicle everything was great, we were made to feel valued and were convinced we were getting a good deal. Signed the papers , and left after being there 8 hours, being told they would deliver our truck to us in 2 days (we live an hour away). After that, the service, the professionalism, and the ethics took a nose dive. Next day we were told they were too busy to deliver to us(we had to go pick up, they were too busy to even see us when we did go pick up, and didn’t even fill the gas tank in the vehicle ). Our paperwork package when we picked up was missing the bill of sale, our finance agreement and the safety inspection report (windshield wiper flew off a few days after we picked it up in a heavy rain storm, we had to buy new wipers, no compensation from the dealership). When all this was sent to us electronically days later, we called our finance person to question some charges we didn’t agree to or were misinformed about only to be told that we signed the bill of sale so obviously we agreed to it. But she did promise a $250 gas gift card for the confusion and for not delivering the truck as promised . NEVER GOT IT. One of the charges of $1500 was for 3M service that we never would have agreed to pay for. We realized later after reading the 3M contract that we could cancel for full refund within 30 days and not once did the finance manager tell us that when we complained that we never would have agreed to pay for that very useless service. We submitted our cancellation of 3M for full refund, and it took weeks to get that acknowledged. We left multiple voicemail messages, emails, and texts for the finance manager, the general manager, the finance director and even with the receptionist, with no response for weeks. We finally got our refund over a month later, and someone finally called us in person to confirm it was processed. We proceeded to let them know during that phone conversation that they had also BREACHED PRIVACY of another of their customers and explained that we had found a paper stapled to the back of our 3M contract that was not ours. It was an acknowledgement from a bank confirming financing details for another customer. This document (addressed to the dealership) had the customer’s full name, the bank name, the vehicle they bought and the date of purchase, the finance amount and interest rate, and confirmed the AMOUNT OF BONUS ‘aka KICKBACK to the dealership of almost $1000 thanking them for getting this customer to finance with them . We have never heard back from the dealership after letting them know that they committed this breach of privacy of another customer. No aknowledgement, no apology, and certainly no $250 gift card. With the lack of acknowledgement or response from any of the management within this dealership that we tried multiple times to contact, we don’t trust anyone there, and highly recommend you don’t either. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. New or used. The whole buying experience was 10's from top to bottom. Andrew the salesperson was awsome from the get go.
