We was there to perches this car Toyota, our our deal was done $19,000 with full car tinted done from dealership include in this price and detailing. It’s preowned vehicle we arrive around 1 o’clock afternoon on Friday to finalize this vehicle after spending 3hours everybody agree with our price and we was agree with their price. We went to the finance office to do our credit file and sign some documents. but they sent us to the sales person who took our information for credit check and give all information to finance department. It’s a little bit new for us normally finance manager take your all information and do it right away or within 20 to 30 minutes maybe but here it’s not like that anyways, we give all information to salesperson and he send to finance department and we was waiting for our turn to discuss the number, around 6 o’clock girl came out and took us to her room her name is Nikita she told us she is from finance and she will looking our file then she print out my credit report and discuss some numbers or whatever I have a history in my report and told me I’m trying to get the approval from Bank give me 10 to15 minutes then she step out and come back after 15 minutes, when she come back she told about the extended warranty and all that we clearly told her we don’t want anything. Then she change her attitude and pushing us to Buy because Bank want to secure the car and it’s compulsory to buy some sort of coverage when we say no then she said OK let me call to the bank and come back so this kind of practice she was keep repeating every 20 minutes she come back and go back again and again, in that time when she come she keep pushing us to buy something we was like surprised why she don’t understand we don’t want to buy but she was like pain anyways she took our another 2 hours, at 8Pm finally we convince her to not interested in these kind of warranties. Also, one thing I want to mention about here (NIKITA) that she 3 times abuse me and my husband and we are with our 5years old daughter along with us after this kind of route less behavior, she bring some paperwork, but before she bring final paperwork, she put us another 20 minutes of weight so around 8:15PM she print out our paperwork and ask us to sign the deal on 9% of interest rate we said OK can we see the documents so when we see the documents, the price of the vehicle was correct but rest of the information was not correct so when we ask her why you put 3M and undercoating in this document which is altogether $4000 she told us this is already done in this vehicle from the previous owner. That’s why we are going to charge you and that’s why bank approve your loan on 9% we was like what we bought the preowned car whatever it’s in that vehicle it’s supposed to come with that it’s a normal procedure and for example when we sell our vehicle to dealership they don’t pay undercoating or ceramic coating or any kind of services done on the vehicle nobody pay extra money, so how come you guys did not told us earlier about this surprise charges as soon as I catch those charges, she was run towards me and trying to grab those documents I was trying to show to my husband she was run towards me literally she pushed me and forcefully to grab those papers to hide somewhere or run from the room but I hold those paperwork that’s why you can see in the attachment that we don’t have a proper picture for those documents but for somehow we took a picture and she was yelling screaming on me and my husband,we was shivering my 5years old daughter was crying and shivering It was a disaster. Another woman came out. She was not in the room when that happened and she’s screaming on me and saying you guys are lying and I don’t remember what else she said, but that was very rude. Very unprofessional , my blood pressure went up I’m an anxiety patient I have blood pressure since 3years. I’ve been to hospital 4 times because of my stress and anxiety. Sales representative Gary is amazing in his work he convinced me easily to buy from this dealership. Amy in finance team is waste, there were many mistakes in the calculations and she was hiding inform convinced me easily to buy from this dealership. Anybody would want to make an informed choice to spend one’s hard earned money.
