However, i will say that i am very pleased with the service so far through our visits. I find them to be helpful and polite, and fair. I do appreciate that I don't feel rushed when i am dealing with the service reps. I find the prices reasonable, and the showroom is quite nice to wait in. I would recommend here More
Never go for repairs to this dealership My car was not starting. I towed it to Team Honda. They had my car for 3 days and was not able to diagnose the problem. After 3 days I decided to tow My car was not starting. I towed it to Team Honda. They had my car for 3 days and was not able to diagnose the problem. After 3 days I decided to tow my car to another honda dealership, who diagnosed and fixed my car the same day. It was a pretty straight forward diagnostic and there was a problem in the fuel pump. Team Honda asked me to pay one and half hour of diagnostic fee for not diagnosing anything. Never go to Team Honda for your repair jobs. They are terrible. More
Wonderful Experience! Amazing! Purchased my vehicle from Emmanuel. I went in for 2016 pilot but I left the dealership with 2019 PILOT paper work. I sent an email on Friday to inq Purchased my vehicle from Emmanuel. I went in for 2016 pilot but I left the dealership with 2019 PILOT paper work. I sent an email on Friday to inquire about 2016 Pilot that I found on Auto trader; Emmanuel responded promptly and also called me the next business day, Saturday morning to follow up. I drove all the way from Guelph to Milton later in the day, and amazingly we closed the deal for 2019 PILOT. The delivery of the vehicle was so quick too. I went in Saturday evening, closed the deal and got my vehicle delivered within four business days (Thursday evening). Wow ! Emmanuel is such a knowledgeable, friendly and polite man someone would like to work with. Emmanuel was not pushy, and he was able to answer all my questions. I can't thank you enough Emmanuel for your help. Thanks to Rodney as well for being so polite and friendly. Thanks to all the staff at Milton Honda for being so friendly. Overall, I strongly recommend Milton Honda. More
Not Keeping Customer informed Took my bike in about 2 weeks ago. Bike is on the lift..no issue that way. I was off work at 2:00 PM on 06/03/2018. I was informed that my bike would be ready that evening, and to expect a phone call later on. I live in Cambridge and this place is in Milton. Did I get a phone call to inform me of the progress of my bike..NOPE. Very disappointed this time around. Probably will be back but will let people know of my experience there. It does not take that much to call someone, after you said that you would. Now I am messed up with my ride there. Do they care..apparently Not. More

Cleigh was very personable and patient with me and very informative and in no way pushy like most people in a sales position. Irfan was very knowledgeable and thorough and really knew his stuff. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed into buying. Because of this, I ended my search there and purchased my first Honda. I genuinely recommend Milton Honda! Cleigh and Irfan are THE BEST!! More

Lost our trust Replaced parts that did not need to be done (checked by another dealer); claimed I had told them there were issues with the car which I did not my car Replaced parts that did not need to be done (checked by another dealer); claimed I had told them there were issues with the car which I did not my car was running great just went in for my oil change and brake check service. Luckily I kept all the parts as I was suspicious of the need for the work. When I complained the dealership management said it was needed work despite what a second mechanic was telling them. What was disturbing is this was 4 parts they said needed replacing and other than the one part that was not returned all three that were checked by another mechanic should never have been replaced. After lots of excuses and dismissal of the issues they lost the business of our household which included two Honda vehicles. Yes they can be friendly but my recommendation let them assess the vehicle but don't allow them to do any work until you can confirm it with another mechanic. More
Lack of Customer Service In December, I went in looking to purchase a 2018 Accord. The Salesman came over to assist me. We went back to his office and I had a few questions.
