Great Customer Service! I recently bought a Honda Civic Coupe LX from Team Honda Power House in Milton. I did a lot of research and visited several Honda dealerships, but th I recently bought a Honda Civic Coupe LX from Team Honda Power House in Milton. I did a lot of research and visited several Honda dealerships, but the service I received from Sales Manager Grant Russell was exceptional. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He didn't pressure me and made me feel like I was a special customer. Despite a slight glitch, he made a point of keeping me informed and ensuring I received the best deal and service possible. This was my first time purchasing a new car and it was a great experience. Service adviser "couldn't be us" After service, noticed paint scuff on front of car. Told no way they did it. Then when I shortly went back due the engine light coming on, an employee After service, noticed paint scuff on front of car. Told no way they did it. Then when I shortly went back due the engine light coming on, an employee checked the code, and said it was due to the pressure washing of the engine . Also buffed out the scuff. The wash hose probably caused the scuff. Now the engine light is on again; told it would probably right itself over the weekend. I appreciate the employee being straight forward about this, but the service adviser needs to learn to address customer concerns, rather than... not our fault More

Get taken.......!!!! Then they said O2 sensor....price claimed to $1200 was shock..... No discount..!!! And the problem now is my car is staling..never had a problem with my car take great care of it......only for this shop To make as much $$$$$$ as possible on me. My advice to you consumer.......don't go here. More
We were deciding between the Civic and Corolla and test drove both. We ended up deciding on the Civic and shopped between Milton Honda and Meadowvale Honda in Mississauga as we live in Milton but work in drove both. The price was very close overall but the service by Grant Rusell our salesman and Rob Leggat the owner made all the difference. We were treated very well and our kids even had a play room while we were negotiating. Grant even went above and beyond with gifts for our kids on delivery. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and also do business with Grant and Rob again for our future purchases. More
Small town dealer with a comprehensive dealership (bikes, cars, mowers etc but but not the high levels of service or inventory of a large dealer. Parts prices are not discounted and they "forgot" to call me cars, mowers etc but but not the high levels of service or inventory of a large dealer. Parts prices are not discounted and they "forgot" to call me when the part was in. They seem to have good stock levels and turnaround is fast. Mechanics seem to be younger but experienced and well trained. Service is good but it seems they have few mechanics and wait times can be long. The service reps (I say reps I have only seen one there at a time) are typically walking around so you are never sure when they are coming back and people are randomly engaging (no apparent queue) I tried out a detail and was not impressed with the spray on wax and level of attention to "detail" for the price but it may just be me as I can do just as good if not better job at home. Overall ok to good, nothing really wrong or that great, seems kind of typical. More
