Finally someone who did something I purchased my new F-150 around 5 month ago. The sales guy was far from great. His name is James. He never returned any phone calls and once my mon I purchased my new F-150 around 5 month ago. The sales guy was far from great. His name is James. He never returned any phone calls and once my money was handed over the service stopped. I noticed on the truck a small scratch on the drives door. James promised to get a guy to come out and buff it out. he said I will call you. Nothing even afterr going down to the dealership to confront him. Nothing. I returned to the dealership and talked to the Sales Manager Cory. He called me back and told me to be at the dealership at 4pm Friday afternoon. I went there at 4pm to find out Cory was not in and no one knew about the fix on my truck. No one would help me or even make a effort. This is when Martin Rosene heard me talking to another sales guy. He took matters into his hands and helped me out. He called the Fusion auto body and came with me to get the scratch fixed. He was awesome and if it was not for him nothing would have gotten done. Yet another waste of my time at the dealership. I will not return nor purchase anything from that place again. After you spend $70,000 this is the treatment I got. Horrible. Again a big hats off and a thank you to Martian being there for me. That dealership can learn from him and he was a god sent. Warranty not honoured in good faith for this ford fan. Scheduled warranty prior to mileage limit only to hear it was 3 days past it’s date limit. My schedule doesn’t allow for on the date expiring. I talked to 3 people and left messages and I had to call a forth time just to hear it was out of their control. A very poor excuse. All I wanted was my last service inspection, an oil change and for them to fix my tire issue properly which they still haven’t done to my satisfaction. No action. No resolution. Excuses. More
