This dealership is completely dishonest they will agree to a price of your trade in and change that price when you get to the financing department same thing happened with the price agreed on for the purch to a price of your trade in and change that price when you get to the financing department same thing happened with the price agreed on for the purchase price of the new vehicle. A sales manager was supposed to call me to correct this problem and twice now I was promised he would call well no one ever called this is not a professional way of dealing with things and shows exactly how you will be treated after you purchase a vehicle from team ford. The only person I dealt with that wasn’t trying to completely rip me off was the salesman I dealt with. If you don’t go over everything with a fine tooth comb in the paper work you will without question be ripped off by this dealership not paid correctly for your trade in and the price of your new vehicle will go up without your consent be very careful at this dealership so you don’t wind up like I did total change from what I originally agreed on was $3500 nothing small More
