Not good experience I went to Team Ford for buying Ford Edge , sales person willing to help me but that sales manager asked me to do something that's not possible. 2016 Ford focus Had to order my focus titanium ,w when it arrived it had the wrong rims on it I specifically ordered the car with different rims on it. The salesman t Had to order my focus titanium ,w when it arrived it had the wrong rims on it I specifically ordered the car with different rims on it. The salesman then told me that I might have to take it like that and I told them no. The branch manager then try to talk me into having the rims that were on it plasty get a different color. I didn't care about the color I just didn't want those rims. It was then suggested that I help pay for the rims to which I thought I was getting in the first place. I got so mad I had to get up and leave and that's when the salesman came out and said that they were going to put the Rims on for free..??? I order the car with them in the first place!!!!!! This experience ruin the whole car buying experience for me will never deal they are again . It's almost as if they're pulling the old bait and switch. More

He was pleasant, friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable. It was a far quicker process than I expected and an easy one at that! We happened to be dealt with an amazing salesperson by the name of Collette Cully. She was professional and courteous to us and when we were finally in a position to purchase in late July, she went out of her way to drive halfway to Ft McMurray to finalize the paperwork. Outstanding :)... Would I recommend Team Ford? Without a doubt :) More
