WOW - in a bad way TEAM FORD - they are there to make the sale - BUT not there to continue the "Customer Service" part! WOW... that's about all I can really say, and th TEAM FORD - they are there to make the sale - BUT not there to continue the "Customer Service" part! WOW... that's about all I can really say, and the WOW is not in a good way!!! Between me and Mark, we have brought six (6) vehicles from you (Team Ford), However after today we WILL NOT be buying here again!!! I called yesterday (May 26) to get my 2016 Ford Edge in for service. I was told to come in Monday May 29 at 0900hrs to drop it off and a loaner would be available for me. GREAT! or so I thought, till I was told I now have to put a credit card $100 deposit down. WHY? I have had loaners in the past and NEVER left a credit card. I was told you now deal with Budget and they, not you but them- require a credit card. I then had Mark call as he has the credit card. He was told he could not put his card down -even though his name is on my Ford Edge. Due to the fact that I would be driving loaner the card MUST be in my name!! This is ridiculous! Oh did I mention that while Ford was talking to Mark to let him know that he could not put his credit card down that he was told I DID NOT have an appointment to bring in my car! Really, so your service department didn't even book me in when she told me she did - gave me a date and time but didn't put it in the system! .... So now I have no way to get a loaner while you have my car .... FINE - I will be booking in my car at another Ford dealer ship - only because this is warranty work being done or I would go somewhere totally away from FORD. We will not be back to purchase our next vehicle. This was the last straw. Over the years we had a few bumps in the road with several staff members. Your policy over the Credit Card unfair. Not everyone chooses to have a card. I could understand IF Mark was not on my file, but together over the years we have come back - as a couple- and this is what we get; a cold shoulder and a snotty attitude tell use that it is NOT Ford's policy to have a credit card, BUT because you now deal with BUDGET Rental, the driver of the loaner MUST have a credit card. Never mind the loyal service we had with dealing with Ford, never mind that time and time again, even after issued we had, that we always came back. More
