Before coming to Team Ford, I had visited another Ford dealership in town, only because it was the closest one to where I reside in West Edmonton. I spent only a couple of minutes at that dealership (Denny Andrew's) as the employee who approached me was both evasive and unhelpful and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. My parents and I headed to Team Ford and my experience there with Jason was the complete opposite. Not only is he incredibly personable, his level of professionalism and drive to help me get into the car I wanted was beyond reproach. Not once did I feel pressured or sense that I was being manipulated, Jason ensured that I was in the "driver's" seat, negotiating on my behalf so that I left feeling like I did get the best deal possible. He also made the process of trading in my Ford Escape a stress-free process, and by the end of the weekend, I walked out of Team Ford as an owner of a 2017 Ford Focus ST feeling both excited about my new car and extremely comfortable with the whole purchasing experience. Even when it came to picking up my new vehicle, the day I was to come in, the weather was not good, pouring rain, and Jason called to ask if waiting one more day would be okay with me, as he wanted me to leave in a shiny, clean new car, and he also wanted to go through all of the features of the vehicle, helping me set up the technology and sync my phone. I have since e-mailed him a couple of times with some additional questions, and he responds same day or early the next day with answers and explanations. It's so wonderful to have a dealer who is willing to continue providing info and support even after the purchase has been made. And.....even though I live in the west end, I will be bringing my vehicle to Team Ford in the south end for all of my vehicle needs and servicing.
