When you buy a car from a dealer, you expect to be serviced like a dealer, not like in a cheap pawnshop 🤬 We are a family from Ukraine and have been in Canada for less than a month, and unfortunat serviced like a dealer, not like in a cheap pawnshop 🤬 We are a family from Ukraine and have been in Canada for less than a month, and unfortunately this is not the best impression of her because of such people! If you are going to buy a car here, then get ready for the fact that you have ALREADY been deceived! We came to see the car on Friday, and bought it the same day. We were supposed to pick it up on Tuesday next week after we received the registration tables for the car. During this time, while the car is still at the dealer, we were promised 2 times to refuel the car for free and do dry cleaning in the salon, but when we arrived on Tuesday to pick up the car, none of this was ready yet. The car was not cleaned, and was not refueled, the tank was empty and flashing a red warning, Riad Souky forgot about his promise, and remembered only after we called the manager. When we were ready to pick up the car, the guy who sold us the car just went to fill it up. They also forgot about dry cleaning and did not do it, we complained to the manager. And while we were in the office (about 10 minutes), the car was allegedly cleaned. We left the office and the car was pulling into the parking lot at that moment, we decided to see what kind of dry cleaning they managed to do in 10 minutes!! In 10 minutes, Carl!! The car was still dirty, while we were figuring out why they were trying to fool us so stupidly, the manager came out again, and it was clear from the expression on his face and the tone of his voice that he wanted to send us!! The manager apologized and promised to clean the car and that we brought it later, but it was very inconvenient for us to drive from another city that we could have cleaned the car, but we agreed, there was no choice. When we finally got into the car, we found that a warning was flashing ⚠️ about low tire pressure, we were told that everything was fine, we just needed to go and inflate the tires 🛞! Okay, we drove home (35 km) and somewhere in the middle of the way, the ABS and ESP light bulb lit up, upon arrival we immediately called the dealer, they told us that everything would be fixed, they had a warranty after the sale, and they also sold us a breakdown insurance for $ 20 a month! Okay, we were going to bring the car to the dry cleaning later, now also for repairs! We were promised to do the dry cleaning promised earlier, to fix the tire pressure sensor (because after we inflated them, the warning still reminded us of itself!) and fix the ABS, and replace the rear tires as compensation, since they were in terrible condition. The car stayed with them for several days, we got the ABS fixed and that's it!!! Dry cleaning was not done again, the tires were not changed for us, and the tire pressure sensor was still burning. (When my wife picked up the car, she again pointed out the problem, to which the mechanic who scanned the car with the computer told her that there was simply no sensor, and no one would put it there! And by the way, they took money from my wife for the repair of ABS - 140 dollars. It turned out that the bearing in the front wheel broke and damaged the ABS sensor, and we were told that we had damaged it when we were driving home!! (Usually the service life of the bearing is 135-165 thousand kilometers) and the mileage of the car we bought is only 110 thousand kilometers. After that, we had to sort it out again and call the dealer, the money was still returned to us. But the dry cleaning and replacement of the rear tires were not done to us, but nothing, we will come again, they promised us to refuel the car 2 times, and we took a receipt from them for it! After such an appeal to customers, I do not recommend you to buy anything here, or be very careful and take a receipt from every word they say, the service is worse than the cheapest pawnshop! Team Ford takes advantage of a Family from Ukraine! Every aspect of the used car purchase was terrible - Sales, Finance and Service. Promises made during the sale process never materialized. The sale numbers never added up and were fraudulently presented to them in order to deceitfully entice them to purchase a car warranty. The warranty was offered at a low payment cost because the original payment offer was fraudulently presented. When the vehicle was picked up, the vehicle had not been cleaned and the low tire warning was on and before we got home the ABS warning light came on. When we brought the vehicle back my wife was talked down to by the Sales Manager. Eventually, the tire was patched and the ABS was fixed but it took a fight to have this completed for free. Communication between sales, finance and service (all in the same building) were non-existent with everyone telling me to talk to the other department or that the manager was not in today. The family, coming to Canada with essentially nothing, was taken advantage of and have a used vehicle that still has a warning light on and bald tires. We have an outside recommendation to replace the rear tires immediately. Since they do not have a lot of money, they will have to drive their family and new baby around on bald rear tires. Welcome to Canada! Based on this experience and in my opinion this group should be ashamed of this transaction. Kevin Simpson More
Went in today to have a look at a F150 lightning and a Mustang Mach E. Before they would even show me a vehicle, the sales guy let me know I would be ripped off for an additional $30,000 over and above M Mustang Mach E. Sales guy chased me into the parking lot where my Uber was waiting to pick me up. Electric cars sound awesome and all, but the price gauging needs to be stopped. Totally support Ford going to an online model to sell their EVs. Sorry, didn't remember the sales guy's name, he had really cool hair though. More
