The most recent appointment, they really went above and beyond for me... I forgot my mail key in my car and needed to get a parcel out of my box on a Friday or the chocolate would've melted had it sat over the weekend. I called to ask how late they were open so I could wait for my children to get out of school to drive over from St. Albert. Without hesitation they told me a driver would be leaving right away and would deliver my key right to my door! I picked up my car the following day and it looks brand new again! With two little kids, we really made them work to get it looking this fantastic! More

Not good We had been pleased with the Team Ford service department, until this week. We had had an appointment for a tire change over & oil change for Monday A We had been pleased with the Team Ford service department, until this week. We had had an appointment for a tire change over & oil change for Monday A.M. The car was dropped off at 7:30 for an 8:00 appointment. The shuttle was not really available for another hour, so a cab downtown to work. Not a word was heard all day. Since we could catch a lift to the south side from a colleague after work , we headed back down to the dealer and arrived at 4:00 PM. The car had not been into the shop yet, and the attitude from the counter was basically “Well, did we call you to say it was ready?” Not wanting to wait who knows how long for the work to be done, a loaner was retrieved and we left. All day Tuesday, again not a word as to the status of the work. Went back Tuesday after work, and was advised “We didn’t call because we thought you’d assume it’d be done”. To Team’s credit, the oil change was comped, as was the service loaner, however the level of service left a lot to be desired. Two days for a tire swap and an oil change? A call to speak to the service manager has yet to be returned. More
