Jeff was so knowledgeable about different options, type of car that would suit me, I must have had about 100 questions, and I was really nervous. He made me feel at ease, answered my questions, he was just a really great guy to talk to. I as a rule don't really like salesmen, after talking to Jeff, I realize they're not all creeps. The disappointing experience. After talking with Go Auto people, they introduced me to Tej. I told him what I wanted and within a few days he called me to tell me he had exactly wh After talking with Go Auto people, they introduced me to Tej. I told him what I wanted and within a few days he called me to tell me he had exactly what I was looking for. And he did!! It took about 10 days to get the deal done as I first saw the truck on the Saturday night. I didn’t get the truck until 10 days after my test drive, which had nothing to do with Tej!! He is a great guy and knows his vehicles. Thanks to all the staff at Team Ford. I’m now seeing that the finance person on my deal, left the deal dated from day 1 and I didn’t get my truck until the night of the tenth day, so it made me have to pay another truck payment on my olde truck. The date submitted should be the day I pick up the truck. That was not the case. So TD Autofinance took a payment 5 days after I bought the truck, not 14 days after I picked it up, as has always been the case. Also, my salesman was saying that he was giving me a 500$ Go auto card, and now he’s telling me that he said if I brought someone else into the dealership, that’s the only way I’d get the 500$. That’s very misleading. I don’t sign a contract without knowing what’s going on. Very disappointed now all the facts have come out. More
