Our sales Rep Rob, was super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and helped us get what we were looking for. Rob, work on every little detail and we just turned up to pick up the car on our appointment day. We had the General Manager George Nikitopoulos, look at the financing options for us. He was patient, listened to our needs and on both purchases made sure we were comfortable with the plan we signed for. Our car shopping experience could not have been any easier both times! Their servicing department I would rate with 6 stars if I could. There are good Chrysler dealerships, and there are bad ones. This location is excellent. For long services they shuttled you to your location and pick you up. I have dealt with a few service advisors, but the ones who I have been impressed by their level of service were Anna, Amanda and Shane. Thank you Team Chrysler for looking after our car needs! More

He, and the Sales Manager Rich, worked out a great deal, gave me fair value for my trade, and even rushed the Jeep for me that day. Originally looking at a demo and he showed us how with all the current discounts, we could get into a new vehicle for not much more. Most people hate the new car negotiation process, but Sammy made it painless. We really got the feeling he was working with us and not just for the dealership, and trying to help us get the best deal possible. He kept the deal alive when it was almost dead and we walked away feeling that we got great value. Delivery was very efficient and when there was a minor glitch, Sammy immediately took ownership and got it resolved for us. Sammy also cares about his clients and doesn't forget them after the deal is done, as he follows up after delivery to ensure everything is Ok, Most Sales People say "we appreciate your business", it's obvious that Sammy really means it. If you want a great car buying experience (I know, I didn't think it was possible either) and a pleasant and respectful salesperson who has your best interests in mind, and not just the dealership's, ask for Sammy.
