He's forthcoming about pricing, and doesn't apply unnecessary pressure while you make up your mind. He offered to order a car for me, after I explained what features I wanted, and followed up promptly on that offer, but I found a car on their lot that I preferred. I ended up buying a Chrysler 300 a few months ago and have been satisfied with the car to date. The actual transaction was smooth as the other staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Have not used the service department yet. Overall positive experience. More
