On my way to the dealership I had it in mind to purchase a used car from the lot as i had previously done about 3 years go. As soon as i stepped into the dealership I had asked for Joseph as he had helped m a used car from the lot as i had previously done about 3 years go. Right away he came over and remembered me and my mother who had also bought a car at the same time as me three years ago. He smiled and shook the hands of my fiancee and brother and made us feel welcomed right away. He had asked me what car I was interested in and I told him that I really liked the Dodge Dart 2013 model but didnt think I would be able to afford it. He assured me that he would be willing to work with us and would treat us more than just a customer. He walked us to where we were able to see the car in the colour I was interested in. The whole time he was talkng with us and making us feel comfortable. He was actually the most personal person that I have ever encountered in retail. I fell in love with the car and he sat us down to talk numbers. I was completely estatic with what I will be paying monthly and that he was doing everything in his power to make sure that I felt comfortable with the payments. We closed the deal and I have never felt more at ease about such a large purchase. I would highly recommend this locaion but more importantly to Joseph. The fact that Mr. Boyd came over and shook our hands and introduced himself was a very nice touch that we have never experienced anywhere else. The announcement when you purchase a vehicle is a very fun experience and also one that we have never seen at any other dealer. The fact that things are done at Team Chrysler that we have not seen elsewhere really makes us feel that they go that extra mile to make the whole experience more fun and exciting for their customers.
