On Saturday, June 8, 2013, my boyfriend, Stefano and I walked into Team Chrysler Mississauga to inquire some information about the Dodge Ram 1500 since it has received such amazing reviews and immediately walked into Team Chrysler Mississauga to inquire some information about the Dodge Ram 1500 since it has received such amazing reviews and immediately we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles all around. We met and sat with the GM, George Nikitopoulos; the Assistant manager, Joseph Albi and even the President, Bourk Boyd took the time to acknowledge us. The week prior, Stefano and I went to Subaru to also inquire some information and we were NOT acknowledged at all in the same manner; what a huge difference in customer service between the two alone. Stefano has owned an Infinity for the past 4 years and wanted something new and more winter reliable. After spending 3 hours at Team Chrysler Mississauga, we ended up purchasing a brand new Dodge Ram1500 Scat Pak addition also with the assistance of their incredible finance manager Moe. The deal was closed, signed, and the truck is ready for pick up today, Tuesday, June 12!! Myself being in the customer service industry, still have never seen such amazing team work and customer care as we have experienced at Team Chrysler. We didn't feel overwhelmed and suffocated with the pressure of a sale like other commission based companies. We felt like we truly mattered. Joseph Albi was very patient with us and made us feel at home. He kept us entertained with his witty jokes and stories as Stefano's car was getting appraised. Moe, in finance, was incredible. He kept us informed and ensured everything was done properly so that we could pick up the truck ASAP. He truly is the "finance GURU"!!! Thank you all; especially George, Joe and Moe!
