My husband made an appointment with Peter to take a look at the Compass. My husband and I went back to look at the Jeep and possibly sign the paper work in which I met Peter. Peter was great, he answered all of our questions and was very helpful. He went above and beyond for us and we decided to sign the papers and purchase the vehicle. Dealing with Joe Albi was one of those experiences and being on the receiving end of this level of service is definitely reassuring, especially when making a vehicle purchase. At first I was not in position to sign on the first meeting, but boy was I wrong. Most people would argue thats a pushy salesman, but let me reassure you its not like that at all. Joe was very patient, took plenty of time going over all the options available, financing, vehicle features etc.. This made us very comfortable in making our final decision to buy our vehicle.
