When it came to my satisfaction with the vehicle I purchased, I was SOL. They nickel and dimed at every step. A week after the transaction, a payment on my old vehicle came out of my account. That means they are currently selling my old vehicle with an outstanding lien. I'm thrilled with my purchase, but I would not refer any stranger there, let alone my friends and family. These guys are as crooked as a dog's hind leg, despite claims that they're looking to satisfy you as a client "for life". Remember that this is a business, and they care nothing beyond this month's bottom line. More
