I got my Grand Cherokee with more than the features I wanted, at a price that came to within $200 of the price I was willing to pay, with financing terms that suited my needs. Along the way, no one (including the manager I got to meet) was trying to hard sell anything for a minute, Were there glitches? Yes there was (like Alfred thinking he could add an OEM backup camera to the Laredo, but turned out we need to go with an after market one, albeit of an excellent quality). But nothing that would prevent me from giving them a 4-star. I have been driving my GC for a few days now, and I love it as much as much as my 3 year-old Audi Q7. Thanks Alfredo, and go Team! More
