Fantastic experience purchasing my Jeep Renegade I had a fantastic experience dealing with Team Chrysler, more specifically Nelson Tang. I am from Northern Ontario and I was able to negotiate, come to a fantastic price, and sort everything out over the phone with Team Chrysler. I then drove to the dealer on a Saturday and the vehicle was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Everything was sorted very quickly and I was able to spend the whole day shopping before heading back north. I highly recommend Team Chrysler and Nelson for their expertise, professionalism, and no nonsense attitude. Nelson was extremely easy to reach at any time and promptly answered all my questions and alleviated any concern I had. Even after the sale was complete they demonstrated a high level of care and concern for their customers. Nelson had been in communication with my father during the sale who was not with me for the trip to Mississauga. After I left the dealer, Nelson sent my father a text notifying him that I had left the dealer and was back on the highway, which my father really appreciated. He then checked in with me again later that evening to make sure I had arrived home safely. Team Chrysler and Nelson went way above and beyond to accommodate my every need.
