However, after dealing with Team Chrysler, and in particular Ralph and Aamir, I don't think I will ever go back to GM or Ford. We bought a 2016 Dodge Ram and the experience was like living a dream. We drove five hours, one way, to visit this dealership and it was worth every second. They were patient, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and just real nice people. We made an incredible deal and everything was done and finished when they said it would be. They treated us to lunch and coffee and believe it or not, brace yourself, the GAS TANK WAS FULL. The other dealerships we've dealt with left the gas tank so low we were nervous we would not make it to the gas station just down the street. This dealership is a breath of fresh air! The truck is fantastic with lots of kick, a very smooth ride and almost DOUBLE the fuel mileage of my previous GM in the same class. Incredible! He was very honest and he take his time with me step by step with process of buying my jeep. He was so understanding, I was coming off a night shift and he offered me tea and then the next time when we were signing the papers he offered us lunch. The most remarkable experience was when I took my jeep home and the radiator clamps came unclamped and I took to the dealer in Hamilton they charged me over $300 just to clamped back the hose, because the warranty didn't covered it. When I called Riaz he apologized over and over, and he refunded me the full amount that I paid the dealer. Overall, my experience was the best I ever had with a dealer and recommend anyone to go there. Finance dept. he was funny and just he simplifies everything. More

Got my new 2016 300S-Hemi from the factory in record time !! I walked in to this dealership for the first time ever. I knew what I wanted to buy but at a fair price. During the negotiation I had a assistance from Rich Fatrola, he is a great guy, dealt the deal and shook hands. He told me that he would order my car from the Brampton Factory immediately and that he would make some calls to have it within a month. Rich called me 4 days later to advise me that was Car would be ready by Friday. He also helped me out with my winter Tires/Rims whit the service department. I also really enjoyed my experience with the Finance Manager Aamir, great guy also. He really helped me out since I was going to lease the vehicle, but he showed me that it made more sense to buy it.
