I was told it would take 15 minutes on the phone to diagnose my check engine light, then 1 hour, after 2 hours of waiting I was screamed at by his staff for asking to get my car back. they claimed to fix it so they could bill Chrysler I assume despite the check engine light still being on along with other damage. If you have already been unlucky enough to have bought a car from Team Chrysler, you should consider getting it serviced somewhere else. More

They didn't have what I wanted on the lot but they located one had had it delivered. The staff were incredible to deal with. I find car shopping a very stressful experience and Winston and Rich were simply awesome to deal with. They took their time when dealing with me and I never felt rushed or pressured in to making a deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you do go to Team make sure you look up Winston!
