Shane is very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Judy was a salesperson who truly went above and beyon We are very pleased with our vehicle. We believe that we made the right purchase for our family. Judy was a salesperson who truly went above and beyond. She was very kind, approachable, knowledgeable (and when she did not know the answer, she immediately asked someone who would know), and generous with her time. Our purchase was one where we needed the vehicle quickly, and she ensured that we got it on time. The management worked to assist us as well. There was one issue with some work not being completed, that we were told was completed Thankfully, the mistake was caught. However, the person who called us about the mistake was not helpful or knowledgeable, so I texted Judy and she looked into the matter and clarified everything and even offered to (and did) come and get our vehicle to get the work done. A car can be purchased at many locations. Good service is hard to come by these days. I can't recommend Judy highly enough. More

Prey on Seniors My parents both over 70 bought a used Dodge Van, after 2 weeks they felt it was too big to manoeuver, so they returned to Team Chrysler to exchange th My parents both over 70 bought a used Dodge Van, after 2 weeks they felt it was too big to manoeuver, so they returned to Team Chrysler to exchange the vehicle. In the past, my folks have use other dealers who have accepted a return within 30 days if you buy another vehicle. Team charged them $4000.00 to return the van even though they bought another vehicle fro them. I will no buy anything from this dealer, BEWARE ! More
