My experience with Ralph was more than excellent. Top notch . We mostly dealt through e-mails and I knew exactly what I wanted to get. First time ever that I bought something over the internet. Ralph and Team Chrysler made things smooth as silk. I had to travel about 4.5 HRS to get to the dealership and if I had to do it again, I would in a heart beat. Once I got there, the truck I looked at on their website (Which by the way is excellent) was ready to go. Very Very satisfied with whole experience and truck. The only tick I would have is the lady at the front/information desk. I was paying for the plate fee and she wasn't very pleasant. Kind of grumpy.
