Exceptional Service!!! I met Ralph briefly a couple years ago when my bf purchased a vehicle from him. He was very pleased. Knowing I was in need of a newer vehicle, he refe I met Ralph briefly a couple years ago when my bf purchased a vehicle from him. He was very pleased. Knowing I was in need of a newer vehicle, he referred me to Ralph and I went the next day. Ralph was very courteous and brought a lot of humour, making the process not so stressful. He walked me through each step and made sure that I made the best decision possible for me and my family. When he called me and said I was approved, I was ecstatic!!! I went and picked up my new 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan the next day! Ralph guided me through all the features and made sure I was pleased before I left the dealership.
