Team Chrysler was our only choice to purchase a new van and Nelson immediately welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He proceeded to take the time to find us exactly what we wanted and could afford - and all this happened an hour after the dealership closed. He was not rushing us out or letting us leave until we were 100% satisfied -- albeit that he got the deal - he deserved it 100%! It was the best customer service we have ever received. We truly felt that a major financial decision/commitment for us, was acknowledged and appreciated by Team Chrysler and Nelson. The service was over the top from start to finish and beyond! More
