I bought a new 2023 dodge Hornet with 300 Kms on it as it was late arrival. Horrible customer service once they make their sale! The day after I received my car they stopped answering their phone or replying was late arrival. Horrible customer service once they make their sale! The day after I received my car they stopped answering their phone or replying to my messages! They gave me the car with a missing lug nut on one of the tires. The tire filling compartment is missing tire components to put air in a flat tire and they have been avoiding my constant requests to give me a bill for repairs done to one of my 2 trade ins I gave them. And to top it off the car was dirty and had no gas in it when I picked it up. More
