We were heading back to Edmonton after a trip to the mountains. Luckily we were in Calgary when troubles started without van and forced to pull over due to the vehicle heating up and rom was irratic. Pulled into T&T Honda and it was noted the alternator was blown. Stafff we’re very helpful and went above and beyond to help find a nearby hotel to accommodate my 3 kids and 2 dogs so that parts could be ordered for fixing first thing in the morning. Plan was not to stay the night but due to circumstances, we had no choice. Van was fixed and we were on our way home as promised before 10am. So ever grateful for the cheerful and helpful staff! Yesterday July 13, Randy Workman picked-up my Honda Civic for a check over and delivered my car back later that afternoon with a Bill with nothing owing and the best part a $6.00 Credit!!! The agent was very helpful, getting a loaner car for me to use, as a lot of work was needed on the car. She also got the Used Car folks to give me a good price on the car, which I used to trade it in to to use, as a lot of work was needed on the car.
