Was planning on changing the place a take my car in for services after my warranty was done through honda. But My last experience was amazing. My service rep taha I believe his name was, Made my service visit the best I have had in the past 3 years. Usually not looking forward to coming in to tnt honda. But as long as know I will be dealing with taha. I know I am in good hands. Now I can't wait till my fianance is done so I can get a new Honda. Thanks for the service tnt honda. Terrible customer service, especially the service department I have had several bad experiences with the dealership. It all started after I purchased a brand new vehicle here and was told I could get 5 years fr I have had several bad experiences with the dealership. It all started after I purchased a brand new vehicle here and was told I could get 5 years free car washes. The rep even showed me how to use the car wash myself. One day when I went in to wash it, another rep reamed me out for using the car wash saying I wasn't authorized. This is an internal issue they should have taken care of! The other couple of times was with the service department. One was when I went in for a 30min "express lube" which took over an hour while I waited in their customer lounge. On top of that they said they would rotate the tires and didn't. The other time I went in for servicing and asked about rust on my trunk that was supposed to be a part of a warranty repair and the service advisor told me it wasn't covered. I didn't want to argue and after switching to a different dealership and finding out the issue WAS covered my trunk was repainted free of charge! My last time ever bringing my car here was when I was told they couldn't pick me up in Scenic Acres so I went to Brentwood where I waited at a friend place for over an hour for the shuttle to show up to later find out they went to get someone in rocky ridge which is further than scenic acres! By the time I got the the dealership it was almost 3 hrs later and I was going to be late picking up my daughter. When we called to complain to a manager he said he was "busy boosting a customers vehicle and to call back. Apparently they haven't heard of Call Display or Customer Service. Terrible experience overall, I have since had my vehicle serviced at a different dealership which has been amazing compared to this dealership. Not only that but they completely lost my Business when we recently bought a van and for any purchases in the future. If you are considering a New or Used vehicle, I have heard form many others to avoid this dealership as there are other dealerships that can offer you free oil changes for life when you get your maintenance done there and the experiences is hands down better. More
Leasing 2 New Vehicles My husband and I just Leased 2 new vehicles from T&T Honda. The Sales man Mo was very good to us, and very helpful. Things were going smooth until the day we went to pick up our cars. My excitement ended up in a disappointment when my CRV had a dent - yes it was small, and I was told it will be fixed - when I have time to bring the car in. So I drove home with a damaged product. The dent was fixed as promised. - 2nd problem. Phone speeddial was not recognizing my voice prompts eventhough the voice tags were stored correctly. So I brought the car in again - Mo and I did several tests and there indeed was a problem with the system. So they booked me a Saturday appointment. brought the car in for the 3rd time and it was tested again - result the same, the system was not working. Than I'm told the Technician who works on the system does not work on Saturday. So why give me an appointment on a Saturday when it was already determined there is a malfunction?? waste of my time! This means I have to bring my car in for the 4rth time to the dealership to get this resolved. So 4 times to the dearlership - not to mention the time and inconvenience and dissappointment involved. I decided to call Dave Dubbin the Sales manager. and explained all that happened and asked the dealership to compensate. His simple and arrogant answer was, "these things happen, and I'm sorry for your trouble, but I'm not going to compensate anything." in response to the damage to the vehicle when I picked it up for the first time - was "well we fixed it right?". When someone gets a new Vehicle, we are expecting a NEW vehicle to be delivered not damaged product. Fixing it does not make it New nor does saying sorry for the inconvenience in a non-apologetic rude manner makes it all better. As customers, we are giving you our business, trusting that wha you are selling to us is a new product. What kind of a manager is he anyways? is this how he treats customers?? We leased out 2 new vehicles and bought all the plus warrenties and protection plans to deal with this kind of attitude from someone who claims to be a manager. A manager should have the ability to resolve matters where both parties are happy. My husband and I are both very disappointed. Most likely never lease or buy another vehicle from T&T honda again - credibility and trust just went down the drain. -Geeta Daniel More
T&T Honda Recommendation? YES! I arrived in Calgary in September, 2015. I brought my Honda Accord in for an oil change and check up and was treated very well and price was reasonabl I arrived in Calgary in September, 2015. I brought my Honda Accord in for an oil change and check up and was treated very well and price was reasonable. Today, I brought my Honda Accord in for a new battery and to repair the trunk lock. They did great job and again I was treated very well and they were more than fair. I would recommend T&T Honda without reservations. More

Had A Good Deal and Awesome Experience Before I went to T&T Honda I was confident that I was getting a 2015 CRV. I had read and watched reviews and videos of different SUVs from countless w Before I went to T&T Honda I was confident that I was getting a 2015 CRV. I had read and watched reviews and videos of different SUVs from countless websites for almost a month. With a family of 5, I made sure I tested other same category SUVs in terms of ride, handling, capability, fuel economy and comfort for long drives. Hands down I chose the 2015 Honda CRV. I personally do not like to be sales-talked, so when I met Mo Khidir at T&T Honda I right away know he is the guy I want to deal with. He is not only very knowledgeable as a product advisor he is very honest, courteous, accommodating and most of all he will not stop until he gets you the best deal. I am 100% sure that other customers who dealt with Mo will confirm the same awesome experience I had. From the car detailer, to the financial specialist, to the manager, I felt well accommodated. They simply treat you like family. To Mo Khidir and his colleagues, keep up the good work! More
