Clear explanations re pricing and fair trade in appraisal. My inquiry for a Honda HRV started with posing questions on T & T's website. This led to meeting the sales representative, Johnny Ngo. Once an appoin My inquiry for a Honda HRV started with posing questions on T & T's website. This led to meeting the sales representative, Johnny Ngo. Once an appointment time was confirmed, a test drive was set. After asking a few questions about my preferences in a vehicle, Johnny was clear and accurate on specs of the HRV and showed various features of the vehicle during the test drive. He listened to my preferences and did not try to sell me a vehicle I wasn't initially interested in. Throughout our discussions, he ensured I received a fair value for my trade-in when dealing with the appraiser (I did my homework online to estimate my 2011 Civic's trade in value) as well as was open to negotiate a couple extras I requested to be included in my purchase price. Johnny's positive approachable demeanour allowed me to feel comfortable negotiating. As an older female I did not have apprehensions in discussing money and automotive details as Johnny was honest and straight forward. This made my decision to buy from T & T, as I felt, a wise one. Kevin Hur, the Financial Services Manager was transparent about the figures and went thru the financials very efficiently, so much so that when I asked for clarification he patiently paused and reviewed the calculations. Jordan Postlewait, the Delivery Specialist reviewed all features of the car of the HRV upon pickup, having to patiently explain technological features of the vehicle while ensuring I tried to use the new applications. Each of these individuals involved in the sale were professional, honest, considerate with my questions and helpful. It was the best experience I have had so far with a car dealer and I have purchased 7 new vehicles with various dealers so far in my lifetime. Over 30 years ago, I bought a Honda Civic Hatchback from T & T and wished I had returned sooner. I will recommend this dealership with confidence over all the others, knowing that when my daughter upgrades her Fit, her experience at T & T would enable her to feel good after buying a premium vehicle for a fair price. This is the second time I have purchased from T&T Honda. The reason I came back is; I had amazing service from sales, finance, and delivery and then followed up with a personal visit from the dealerships manager the first time. And things haven’t changed, awesome service. I visited other Honda dealerships in Calgary prior to coming to T&T looking for a new Ridgeline and found that these other dealerships could learn a thing or too from T&T. I found that T&T sales team was very informative but also offered different options and really looked at what I was wanting, all this without being aggressive. T&T was also the only dealer that offered me a realistic price on my trade-in, 2010 Honda Ridgeline (great truck). There is no need to shop other Honda dealerships – T&T Honda is one stop shopping for all your vehicle needs – And yes, I am a very satisfied customer. More
