He as well as his colleagues have always been extremely pleasant, professional and helpful even when they are busy. They dont make me feel bad if I dont want a service that is suggested which I really appreciate because I know their business is to offer services. I have a credit on file for work that was not done properly many many years ago and there is no time limit to when I must use it up. They have not exorbitantly increased, overcharged or gouged just to do the labour on my oil changes over the years or for bulb replacements which I also thorughly appreciate. Canadian Tire was going to charge over $160 to replace two of my brake light bulbs, (SERIOUSLY?), Honda charged less than the cost of a lunch salad!! Thanks again John, Stay well, Stay safe! More

Friendly & Customer driven service appointment I had mentioned I had held off washing car as had thought dealership did that as part of appointment. He also ran me to service desk to ensure reserved courtesy car was ready. When it turned out no reservation was available he talked to management to get me their back-up vehicle. On an unrelated issue, I would point out my profound disappointment that Honda had limited Civic interior Ivory color from barely any of the exterior color options to now NONE. I was frustrated by this during previous purchase and with no Ivory interior options I will likely have to leave Honda for next purchase. I do not understand this color limitation and find it unacceptable! More

The car detectives My car completely died and had to be towed in. Even with the detail I was able to provide, the team spent 3 hours trying to track down the root of the My car completely died and had to be towed in. Even with the detail I was able to provide, the team spent 3 hours trying to track down the root of the problem, checking everything possible. It is too soon to tell if the problem was thoroughly fixed (got home fine with no problems), but we have committed to monitoring the patient (er, my car) and I appreciate their commitment to see that it keeps running as it should. More
