I had a rough start to begin with as my service appt is typically 1 hour long and cost me a useless drive to the Dealership and loss of work time. Once there, I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for typically 1 hour long and cost me a useless drive to the Dealership and loss of work time. Once there, I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for at least 4 hours....I was not told that and was informed that I should have asked when I booked the appt. :( I rebooked with Scott and they ended up picking my vehicle up for me and delivering it back.
