T&T Honda has fake promotion and in my view cheating people. I bought a new HR-V and they said they have promotion going on as a set of tire with every new purchase, when everything has been completed t people. I bought a new HR-V and they said they have promotion going on as a set of tire with every new purchase, when everything has been completed they said "you won't get that promotion because we are not making any money by selling that HRV". The personal claims himself he is an assistant manager behaves like he is giving me his own car with no cost. I am long time customer of this dealership but I will not suggest any of my friends to buy from here. More

Definitely do not recommend this dealership even though I was initially happy with my purchase, you can read for yourself my experience. Salesperson was nice but they did not know much about the car he wa was initially happy with my purchase, you can read for yourself my experience. Salesperson was nice but they did not know much about the car he was selling(nx300 f sport), told me its missing the tow hook covers but didnt tell me about broken grill and i only seen it post purchase and i have pictures of it prior to that where the damage is visible but blends into the color. It is possible the salesguy didnt notice it but frankly, hes selling it an should have an eye on details of what hes selling. Car was also dirty and had tons of scratches that were not visible during viewing due to dust and dirt. Not surprised to see other reviews about him.. Finance guy ryan hurst rescheduled the meeting the day before signing due to inspection. Then made me wait in the lobby for over 30min the day of signing, you can tell alot about someone when they never apologize after wasting your time and he didnt apologize throughout the 3-4hrs i was there as he continued to do so. Entire signing process was from around 1130 - 3Pm as i argued with him and kept having to correct him and ask what different numbers are for until in the end i had to yell at him and was ready to leave. The only thing that kept me was hoping i could make it work as otherwise the deposit i was asked to put was 1000$ non refundable. i decided to do my own calculations on the spot. He tried to do the “its not as you think” speech but when you point to the numbers all of a sudden hes gotta go talk to someone to come up with new ones which says alot. In the end he claimed its once a month hes allowed to take off his pants claiming hes doing me a favour. More like i caught him with his pants down.. Only brought interest rates down somewhat when I took warranties claiming banks dont care that your credit is 850+. Multiple times Id ask for a run down of the numbers and it felt as if it was all on purpose that he would be very hesitant or limited his abilities in doing so. In regards to the scratches i pointed out, he spoke to someone from his team about the scratches as i said theres alot now that the cars been washed and they asked me if its been discounted due to that to which i said no it wasnt so they said they can polish it for free. After washing the car a few weeks later it brought back all the scratches and the polish now shows smudgy after multiple washes. And yes i did have to give them my car for an additional day post purchase in order for them to do that. More time wasted.. Car was also registered as another model by Ryan either by his mistake or the registry’s and I asked him to fix it on Aug 14 and he said he would email them but i never got an updated registration slip nor has he replied to me bringing it back up this week. I waited a while to write this review to see how things would be handled but I would definitely not shop with these guys again and I learned alot from this experience. Shoutout to Aden who did my delivery as he was very resourceful when i had questions and good to work with. You can only meet him here if you deal with all the red flags prior though.. More
