Surrey Honda give customer information to an outside company who have sales people call wanting to buy your car. I had called questioning them about this practice and they admitted this to be true and company who have sales people call wanting to buy your car. I had called questioning them about this practice and they admitted this to be true and ensured I wouldn’t get any further calls however I’ve continued to get them. Have contacted Surrey Honda twice in the last week to complain however no one has called back. Have bought 2 cars from them and will not buy another as I don’t like the fact that they give customer info to an outside company. Feel the overall service has gone down hill since Open Road has taken over. More

Had a noise issue with my 2019 Ridgeline and brought it in for diagnosis. Chris was a game changer from other service departments I have dealt with. Efficient, knowledgable and easy to deal with.
