The operation and service at this location is incompetent. First the service “advisor” didn’t know the process for the service I was getting on my vehicle. Finally after 10 minutes he found someo incompetent. First the service “advisor” didn’t know the process for the service I was getting on my vehicle. Finally after 10 minutes he found someone that knew what was going on. My “appointment”, which apparently doesn’t mean anything - only refers to the time you meet with the service “advisor” to drop your vehicle off. The “advisor” didn’t even know how long this type of service would take. I am sure they have a system that tells them an average time. Anyway, after everything was figured out I got a ride in the shuttle, which was the best part of the experience, to my destination. After 4 hours, at the time I requested to have the vehicle ready as I had other errands to complete, I called to get an update, which I had to wait 16 minutes on hold waiting. When my call was finally answered, to my surprise, I was told my vehicle hadn’t even been taken into the garage to be worked on, to which I was not impressed. I kept being told that the have been really busy for the last two days, to which I commented what’s the point of having an appointment, which I never got an answer. I asked to speak to manager, which could not be located. I was then told my vehicle was the next going into the shop and after asking again was finally told the work would take about 2 hours and told the manager would speak to me when I come to pick up my vehicle. Maybe you need to think about how many appointments that you take for the capacity of your facility. This is definitely a case of overpromise and under deliver. More

Brought vehicle in for tire change, transmission fluid change and oil change. Was never told that if I waited mine would be worked on sooner. Sales man lent me his car so I wouldn't have to wait for shutt change and oil change. Was never told that if I waited mine would be worked on sooner.
