Because we're in the Lower Mainland we spoke with Nick by email and phone about what we were looking for; Nick's help was so prompt, thoughtful and thorough that we decided to make the ferry trip--practically in the dead of night and during high season-- to view the vehicle they had for sale. The dealership is easy to access from the Langdale terminal, is close to downtown Sechelt, the hours are convenient and the showroom is spotless. Since Nick was unavailable he made sure in advance that other staff were aware of our needs and requests. This is a small-town dealership in the best sense. Patrick, Ed and Deanna were friendly, professional, answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of. They made the price of the vehicle work for us. When we decided to buy we found the paperwork ready to go, exactly as discussed with Nick. Buying a vehicle, new or used, is always a big deal financially, especially when you have to travel a bit, so it's great to have all the other details looked after this well. Nick's efforts were well above-par and his colleagues continued to deliver.
