I had my chev truck looked at on Nov 8th. \I told them there was something whong with the battery and windshield wipers. they told me the one year old battery was no god and charged me over $500 to replac there was something whong with the battery and windshield wipers. they told me the one year old battery was no god and charged me over $500 to replace it. I then drove home to Vernon and the truck continued to have something wrong with the battery and wipers. I took the truck to Big O in Vernon, after 20 minutes they said " there was a loose ground bolt on the engine that was causing the battery and wiper issue. They also said there is nothing wrong with the original one year old battery. This GM dealership is a incompetent, ripe off. Go anywhere else but here. More

Clinton from Sunshine GM service charged me for more than a hour to look at my RV wiring and tell me that it would be a very expensive fix. I took it to another shop that repaired the problem in less time th a hour to look at my RV wiring and tell me that it would be a very expensive fix. I took it to another shop that repaired the problem in less time than it took sunshine GM to diagnose the problem. I was told that sunshine GM stood by their word that it would have taken them 3 to 4 hours to do what another service bay did in less than an hour, no apologies were offered. I would not recommend this service bay. More
