Don't Bother. They will be nice until they have your money. My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. Our first experience was great! However aside from the receptionist Angela, (Who was, and still is great.) all other individuals I dealt with have moved on. The second vehicle we bought there was from Karla. She came off as pushy, and after the car was sold, it was given to us with an empty tank which I had to then go back and ask them to fill. Then, they promised us our winter tires from our trade in, which they would call to give them to us. They never did. I texted Karla multiple times with no response. About a month and a half after the sale she finally got back to me asking for some more information on the tires. I sent her an invoice as we just bought the tires and rims brand new the previous winter. After sending her the invoice she again did not contact me for a few more weeks after promising me that she would. Finally I heard back from her telling me they were in a "Sunridge Mazda Storage Container" that was off site. I would have to wait for them to go get them, or they could give a different set of used tires from someone else. I went in to the store today to let the manager of sales (Daniel) He said there was really nothing they could do for me except give me the old tires and I could try to sell them on Kijiji... Thanks... He then said he wasn't "Calling anyone a liar, but their logs showed that they attempted to call me, and I just ignored the calls." After that he told me that because I didn't pick them up soon enough they were given away. That struck me as odd, as the day before Karla had told me the tires were in their Storage Container. So there a lie from Sunridge Mazda. I asked that since they gave away my tires and rims without my permission that they pay for my new ones. Daniel then told me that they dont buy used tires. I said I wasn't asking them to buy used tires, I was asking them to keep the tires that were never mine in the first place, and replace mine that they gave away. I am sincerely disappointed in their lack of professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness. I have a friend who was going in to their store in the next month to buy a brand new CX-9. I have told him the whole story, and advised if he must by a Mazda to absolutely not do it at Sunridge Mazda. They have lost 2 very loyal customers over a set of winter tires and rims. I hope they truly believe it was worth it. More

DO NOT Deal with Adrian Lim I 100% guarantee, If you deal with Adrian Lim you will 100% disappoint with your deal. Whatever he said, you can not get that price or deal after you I 100% guarantee, If you deal with Adrian Lim you will 100% disappoint with your deal. DO NOT GO HERE! My wife and I went to Sunridge Mazda in response to an internet add for a Mazda 3 for $15900. We worked with a sales representative called who indicated that the price was before dealer prep etc. This was stated in the add. With all of the above, the price would be around $17400 before gst. We wanted air conditioning so the convenience package was added for $2600. We asked for a drive away price. After considerable time and discussion with the sales manager he came back with a price slightly under $24,000. We were shocked. I built the same vehicle on line for around $21000. They had added numerous additional charges on the bill, including a $1140 charge for commission, which the sales rep said was how he and their secretary was paid. We walked immediately, being stopped by the sales manager why we leaving. I replied that I did not understand the extra charges. We wasted 3 hours. As time passed we got angrier. We went to another dealer and got a drive away price of $20700 for the exactly the same car. I emailed Sunridge Mazda and asked them to explain their pricing and additional charges with no response. I would give this dealership a zero if I could. I needed a car quickly and they tried cheat me. Charging me commission on top of the MSRP is ridiculous. They took an internet advertised price of $16,000 and increased it by 50%. DO NOT GO HERE! More
