Would actually not even give this place 1 star if it were an option, they deserve negative stars. Bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra less than a year ago, was showed all the documentation that would be given to m an option, they deserve negative stars. Bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra less than a year ago, was showed all the documentation that would be given to me upon purchase including the service report that showed everything they "inspected" before selling me the car, to only go through my documents afterward and not have that report. I reached out to my salesperson "Tanner" and because he was off of work, I was told to contact the dealership, which I did and was told that I would have to ask the Manager, I tried calling three separate times and was transferred to the manager's office just for him to never pick up the phone. Still have not received that document to this day. Car currently needs transmission work and brake pad and rotor replacement, and was sold to me with a crack in the windshield. When initially buying the car, I was told that I needed to purchase an extended warranty called Avantaguard, in order to avoid needing a co-signer for the vehicle so that way Id have a better chance of a bank taking on my loan. Just called Avantaguard today because I scratched my rim on a curb, and they told me that they don't have mechanics that would be able to service my car here in Calgary, and they're based out of BC, and that if I wanted to have my rim fixed that I would have to be the one to call mechanics in Calgary and see if they would be willing to work with Avantaguard. The Avantaguard is an extra $5,000 added on my current loan. why sell me on an extra warranty product if they're not even based in Calgary? Especially when I was told that I basically had to opt for the extended warranty or no one would finance my loan. Not only that but a few weeks ago Kumar called me and told me that they had a co-workers daughter who was interested in my vehicle and they were wondering if I would be interested in giving my car back to them and potentially going into something newer, and that they would "help me out" of I "helped them out", that they would basically cut me some kind of deal. So basically, help them out twice because not only would they make a sale of my current car, but they would also be making yet another sale off of me purchasing a brand-new car. A win win for them, as I would be carrying over negative equity from my current car to go into a new one... nice right. Do not trust these guys, don't trust Tanner or Kumar or any of them. nothing but skeezy scammers. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them EVER again. More

2 Stars – Disappointing Post-Sale Service We purchased a brand-new vehicle from Sunridge Mazda three months ago, and recently, our windshield cracked due to a stone impact. A friend who bought the same ca a brand-new vehicle from Sunridge Mazda three months ago, and recently, our windshield cracked due to a stone impact. A friend who bought the same car around the same time from a different dealership received a 5-year windshield repair package, so we called Sunridge Mazda to inquire about getting the same package. Unfortunately, the response we received from Tony in finance was dismissive and rude. He claimed that nothing could be done after a crack has occurred, which we understand might be policy. However, our main concern is the lack of customer service and support from this dealership. After the sale, it seems they’re unwilling to offer any solutions or assistance, which reflects poorly on their commitment to customer care. We expected a more helpful and service-oriented approach, especially when unexpected issues arise. We hope they reconsider their post-sale customer service policies to improve future experiences. More
Worst experience ever, avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to be brow beaten into a 4000 dollar “Diamond” package. They sold us a car with a blown engine and screwed us around for weeks while they kept the car there and offered no assistance. The sales person was rude and inconvenienced by having to help us and we co around for weeks while they kept the car there and offered no assistance. The sales person was rude and inconvenienced by having to help us and we continued to get lied to and pushed back and forth between sales and service. We went to this dealership because of the great experience we had about 10 years ago. I was blown away by the arrogant and dismissive sales staff. We walked in and paid cash and were treated like garbage. Zero stars if possible! More
