Amazing first time car buying experience! Two weeks ago, I purchased my first vehicle, a new Mazda 3 Sport from Sundance Mazda. When I first visited this dealership, I was immediately helped Two weeks ago, I purchased my first vehicle, a new Mazda 3 Sport from Sundance Mazda. When I first visited this dealership, I was immediately helped by Riaz. He spent lots of time showing me the exact model of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He explained the different features, and answered all of the questions I had. He then drove me to see another one of these vehicles in their compound that was a different colour. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle a week later, Riaz gave me lots of time and space to look at the vehicle again, and accompanied me on a test drive. I had done quite a bit of research on the price of this vehicle from Mazda Canada and other sources. The negotiation process was quick, and I left happy with the price I was able to negotiate. Maya (Finance Manager) was also very helpful. When I picked up the vehicle, Riaz spent a substantial amount time showing me different vehicle features and said to contact him anytime (including by text) if I had any questions. I was very impressed with the service I received from Riaz and Sundance Mazda. Riaz has won many sales awards, and after having purchased a vehicle from him, I understand why. I recommend Riaz and Sundance Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda in the Edmonton area; it is evident they really care about providing exceptional service to their customers and will work hard to ensure that they leave smiling. From Tanner who took me on the test drive showing me in detail the ins and outs of the cx 5 to the financing manager Maya who explained and finalized the last of he details. It was a great experience. Tanner took the time to show me everything about my new car at pickup, setup Bluetooth for me and the navigation system, along with everything else the SUV had. They followed up couple days later to check how I was liking the car and if I had further questions. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a Mazda go to sundance and ask for Tanner, he and the sundance team are wonderful. !! More

My brother had received his first car here as well, so I figured there was good I came into Sundance Mazda as a place to go to look for my first car. When I first met Ryian G, he was very friendly toward me and was willing to chat about whatever random topics we thought about, but more importantly, answer my questions and was willing to let me take some time to decide on my vehicle. I eventually decided to go with a used Mazda2 GX, and he gave me all the information I needed to be assured that the car I was buying was the best possible quality. He was patient with me and was not forcing me to buy, but I did end up buying the car. I spoke with Maya B about payment options and she too was very patient and was willing for me to take an extra week for the bank draft to be delivered, which was a rather unusual circumstance as most drafts are done in five minutes. She helped explain the options that were available for the vehicle in a way that was simple for me to understand. On the day I was to pick up my car, Ryian took me to the registry so that I could get my license plate, and he even attached it for me. I feel Ryian's and Maya's customer service skills are top notch! More
