A happy first time buyer! I recently purchased my 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Sundance Mazda. It was my first time getting a car from a dealership so I was ready for all kinds of pres I recently purchased my 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Sundance Mazda. It was my first time getting a car from a dealership so I was ready for all kinds of pressure sales tactics. And then I met Ryian, hands down the best sales guy you will ever come across in a dealership. He never pressured me into buying right away(or even buying at all), made sure the cost meets my budget and gave me the best trade-in value I got offered from a dealership. He is very straightforward and clearly loves to do his job in a fun and honest way. He made everything easy for me to be able to decide which model trim, color and package I will get. Also a big shout out to Hope who dealt with me via email for my inquiries, she is very nice and answered all my questions in a very detailed and polite way and was not pushy at all. She handled the final delivery of the car, made sure I am happy with my purchase even at the last minute. The whole process went very smooth and was a good experience for me. Overall very impressed with this dealership(and staff) the way they handled all transactions with me. Would definitely recommend this place. -Julius More

Negotiating a great price was a breeze, absolutely no pressure sales tactics when it came to extended warranty etc. Ryian went above and beyond showing us all the features of the vehicle, and even driving us down to the registries office to get it registered. One thing that really impressed me was that we wanted command start, but rather than just installing the mazda version (which apparently is not great) they went ahead and installed a far better quality aftermarket one for the same price. Will definitely be buying our next Mazda there too. More

Vehicle per-purchase inspections were performed and completed within 2-3 hours after booking appointment. Mazda has a very good line up and this dealership is the best I've ever encountered. Awesome Staff:) Yesterday,I made an appointment to bring my car in for oil change.When I was sitting on the waiting area I saw Ryian passing by,so I approached him an Yesterday,I made an appointment to bring my car in for oil change.When I was sitting on the waiting area I saw Ryian passing by,so I approached him and he sat down with me,I told him I have some questions regarding my warranty.He looked up my insurance policy and answered some of my queries.He said he will be back to clarify more things on my policy.After a while he came back and got all the answers I was looking for.As always,I was so impressed with him.I appreciate the integrity this guy has.
