First time Tire Buyer!! Firstly, I am a woman who admittedly does not know much about tires so I took a poll at work asking co-workers where they buy their tires. A couple s Firstly, I am a woman who admittedly does not know much about tires so I took a poll at work asking co-workers where they buy their tires. A couple said Sun Valley Honda, a few recommended a tire place in Redcliff and a couple recommended Fountain Tire. It was my intention to phone a number of the tire dealers in town to get a quote for the type of tires I was looking for. That didn’t happen!! I contacted a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, Bernie Wittborn at Sun Valley Honda first, explained what I was needing and Bernie had to do some research on the tires I asked about and said that he would call me back promptly which he did. During my wait for the call back, I decided that because I was so impressed with the customer service that I received from Bernie, I wasn’t even going to bother calling around – I wanted Sun Valley Honda to handle my business. I proceeded to have Bernie order in my 4 tires and was told they would be here the following day and he would contact me when they arrived to arrange an installation appointment. True to his word, first thing the next morning he called me and we arranged the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. and I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a very cheery Service Advisor who looked after me immediately. After check in, I was shuttled back to my work place by a friendly shuttle driver who returned for me at my work place at 9:45 a.m., in order for me to pick up my car with the new tires safely installed. Hands down it was a pleasant experience and I’ll highly recommend Sun Valley Honda to anyone looking for great service and cheaper prices for quality tires. More

Total waste of 4 hours Very disappointed today after spending 3-4 hours of our day test driving, dealing, and making decisions regarding the purchase (with trade-in) of a 20 Very disappointed today after spending 3-4 hours of our day test driving, dealing, and making decisions regarding the purchase (with trade-in) of a 2014 CRV, with the deal being written up and agreed upon (with our ideal monthly payment being met), then returning to complete the financing, when suddenly Travis H informed us, on behalf of the salesman, that there had been an error and the deal had to be voided! Revised price was presented...$5000 more than the original deal. Pretty significant error! Their mistake, with no offer of re-negotiating, left us with a pretty sour feeling about dealing with Sun Valley again. Sales tactic or purely accidental? More

What a great group of people at SunValley Honda! Tony was easy to work with and definitely a non pressure salesperson, which was something I was expecting but was pleasantly surprised! Identified a vibration when new and was advised there was nothing they could do as Honda had not posted anything on this issue. Ralph tells her they will check on the warranty for the door and get back to us. 30 days later I call and talk to new service guy who tells me he will talk to Ralph and get back to us tomorrow. A week later I call back angry and Ralph finally makes the appt. I have never experienced such poor service. It seem like they think women are stupid. More
